In respect to 'innerbetrieblich' you are spoiled for choice:

Siehe Wörterbuch: innerbetrieblich* . . .

'innerbehördlich' is (basically) the same, except it refers to the going-ons inside of a 'Behörde':

Siehe Wörterbuch: Behörde . . .

or "internal org. of ..."?
