I agree with dude: ravish is the only one that comes to mind in english. As a synonym, maybe "throw oneself upon/at someone" or "have one's way with someone." Be careful, however - coupled with both of those is more than a hint of violence/rape.

I think I would go for 'fall all over someone.'

'Throw oneself on / all over someone' might also work in a pinch. In an old-fashioned bodice-ripper, a woman might have thrown herself on a man's chest, but I don't think you would say that in the first person nowadays.

'Throw oneself at someone' is definitely not right; it implies that the thrower (usually a woman) is desperate or shameless.

'Ravish someone' and 'Have one's way with someone' both definitely mean sex, not just kissing and hugging. Another one in the same group would be 'jump someone's bones.' Those all are positive, implying that the 'attack' is welcome; if it were not welcome, it would indeed be rape.

vielleicht - heißt nicht direkt 'herfallen', geht aber in die Richtung und hat keine Assoziation mit Sex/Gewalt etc.

considering the German context ("über jemanden herfallen"), I don't find "to ravish" someone so out of place. It can be said with the same wink in the eye one might use when saying the German phrase, and it wouldn't automatically mean she was raped. Consider that, out of context, the German isn't exactly a friendly take-over, either.

Folks, according to the Merriam-Webster online dictionary, ravish means

"1 a: to seize and take away by violence b: to overcome with emotion (as joy or delight) c: rape 2
2: plunder, rob.

It would have to be very clear from Phoe's sentence which of these senses she intends, and I doubt it could be made to work in the sense she is looking for.
