Im Text geht es um Patentanmeldungen. Es gibt zwar deutsche Fundstellen mit "rechtliche Waffen", aber ganz zufrieden bin ich damit nicht. Wenn man einfach von einem Mittel spricht, könnte man "sharp" im zweiten Beispiel auch mit wirkungsvoll übersetzen. Oder gibt es noch eine andere Möglichkeit, was meint ihr dazu?
