1 - Just to ask whether you have found (the?) time yet (?) to to take a look at our manuscript?
2 - Have you (by any chance?) found (the?) time yet to take a look at our manuscript? Gehört das yet an die angegebene Position oder zwischen you and had? Kann yet auch durch already ersetzt werden?

Wie kann man das denn höflicher formulieren (Have you had the chance yet to take a look at our mansucript)? Es soll nicht drängend wirken.
