If it's describing the work someone has done on these projects, then I imagine it means that this has included work on the script (in some way or other), on continuity (i.e. ensuring that the scenes flow together well) and as a set runner (it doesn't need a hyphen).

Here, therefore, you might put: ... worked on various short film projects (on scripts/continuity and as a set runner).
