Bei den fett gedruckten Ausdrücken verstehe ich nicht genau, was Du sagen willst. Die würde ich noch einmal überdenken oder sie auf deutsch einstellen. Den letzten Satz würde ich vielleicht weglassen, denn das ist den neuen Arbeitgebern wahrscheinlich eher unwichtig.
