To assist the Company during this period, King Place Enterprises Limited (“King Place”), the Company’s largest shareholder and creditor, has committed in principle to financially support the Company by helping to arrange financing to satisfy its current outstanding accounts payable and to provide the necessary capital to cover anticipated capital expenditures, care and maintenance costs and working capital during the temporary suspension period.
