Sagt man wirklich irgendwo im dt. Sprachraum "Wie viel Grad ist es heute?"?!
Ich kenne bloß "Wieviel(e) Grad(e) hat es heute?"

Ich würde ganz genauso wörtlich sagen: "Wieviel Grad ist es heute?". Das ist natürlich Umgangssprache und keine Schriftsprache.

Wieviel Grad es hat, sagen wohl nur Süddeutsche ...

Es ist 15°C ? Sagt man nicht: Es sind 15°C ?

(In Süddeutschland hat's natürlich 15°C. Zumindest, wenn das Wetter so hebt.)

Ob ist oder sind - es geht beides. Und beide Formen sind kein korrektes Schriftdeutsch.
