I don't think "intensely" is very idiomatic (nor is "incessantly," for that matter).

Maybe "I think of nothing but you" or "You are always on my mind" or something like that.

Letzteres hatte ich auch im Sinn. "Ganz fest" lässt sich, glaube ich, nicht so eins zu eins übersetzen.

oder:
I'm always thinking of you. I keep thinking of you.
