Written in a square on an envelope (in the place where a postage stamp usually goes).

I'm sending a filled-out document back to my insurance company. A self-addressed envelope came with the document, so I'm using that, but I'm not sure whether or not I need a stamp. In the upper right-hand corner of the envelope is a square with "Bitte freimachen, falls Marke zur Hand" written in it. I *do* still need a stamp, don't I?
