Here I'm correcting the parts that are incorrect:
We turn and turn round in circles, and the same happens to us again and again, just in a different guise. We cannot simply step out of this circle; we must finally manage to stop this endless rotation; and this can only be accomplished through insight*. Insight, however, is really and only caused by one's own suffering; there is no hoping for another way.
*If you mean the philosophical term, I would also try "knowledge".

We constantly turn in circles; the same things happen to us again and again, just in a different guise. We cannot simply step out of this circle; instead, we have to put a final stop to this endless turning, and that can only happen through insight. The only true path to insight, however, is our own suffering; we cannot hope for an easier way.
