Offenbar gibt es neben "From your lips to God's ears!" auch die Variante "From your mouth to God's ears!" .

Norberts "Your words..."-Variante (#9) bedürfte noch der Belege.

I get about 600 Google results for ""Your words in god's ear!", some of them in books. Maybe half of these occurrences appear to have been written by native speakers of English, while the rest could be translations or loans from German, Yiddish, French, or Russian (I am guessing based on any available context, including the name of the writer where indicated).

I take that to mean that the phrase would be probably be understood in the English-speaking part of the world, but that it is likely not very common.
