Fwiw, and of course this doesn’t make it any the less apt or dignified, it is apparently an existing G. epitaph. Helen Wilkes in The Aging of Aquarius: Igniting Passion and Purpose as an Elder (2018), n.p., attributes it to a gravestone in a cemetery in “a small town in Germany” and translates it—
Keine Tat, Kein Wort, Kein Gedanke, Geht Verloren.
Alles Bleibt Und Trägt Früchte.
No act, no word, no thought is ever lost.
Everything endures and bears fruit.
