And even in your example, the knife isn't actually called "rocking tool". It's called a "mezzaluna chopper", while "rocking tool" seems to be just a description.
I second getting rid of the "rocking tool", and I suggest adding "mezzaluna (chopper)" to the already existing mincing knife.
