Emily - no offence meant but if 'If Firma will fall behind' breaks the rule; no 'will' after if, except in very particular circumstances. It has to be, in this case, if FIRMA falls behind...

Like Emily said, just leave out the "should". "If" takes care of the "Falls".

sind die einzig richtigen Möglichkeiten, denn nach immer noch gültiger englischer Grammatik darf im Konditionalsatz kein Futur oder Konditional im Nebensatz stehen.

My natural response would be "Should FIRMA fall behind schedule..."
Not quite as nice but 100% understandable is "If FIRMA falls behind schedule..."
Definitely not the "If... will..." option. That's just not English.
