Laut Acronymfinder bedeutet EMEA "Europe, Middle East, Africa".

Also nix von wegen "Middle East Asia" (was immer das wäre!)

Ich halte das Aufnehmen von Akronymen ins Wörterbuch für problematisch, weil es des öfteren mehrere Bedeutungen geben kann

Anyway "EMEA" also = "European Medicines Agency"

Bin sowieso gegen den Eintrag, denn das ist keine Übersetzung, sondern eine Ausschreibung der Abkürzung.

Abkürzungen sind oft sehr vieldeutig. Wenn man beginnt, jede mögliche Abküruzng in ein Wörterbuch aufzunehmen, wird das Wörterbuch bald so groß, daß niemend mehr damit arbeiten kann. IMHO ;-)
