    Practice, nicht practise. Practise wäre üben.

    For British English: "practice" is the noun, "practise" is the verb.
    In AE I gather the distinction is less important, and "practise" is used for both. Correct me if I am wrong, someone!

    Nancy: Apt words? You mean: words that fit the bill, suit the purpose? To the point, honed? I always try to use 'em.
