witch - HEY! Haven't seen you around in the looonnnngesst time! My mother lives near Wallau, but I hadn't thought of dropping by ToysRUs when visiting. BUT, lucky me! I get to drive her to the commissary, AND though not legally entitled to shop, I CAN go in. SOOOO, I pick up my jars of crunchy peanut butter, Helmann's mayonaise, French's mustard, etc., not to mention all my favorite snacks....and now that I've seen you again, just reminded me to pick up some Hawaiian Punch on my next trip to the Taunus Mountains! The American toy store is at Mainz-Kastel, and is usually only stocked for the Christmas season. Chewing on ice cubes must be an American thing - I LOVE doing that, too! Remember milk truck deliveries? Our's always had a slab of ice left over for the kiddies. If you live anywhere near either Kassel or Wiesbaden, I would be glad to pick you up something.
