Hat "feasible" nicht eher die Bedeutung von "möglich"? Ich würde für "reasonable" plädieren.

"Feasible" means capable of being done within the current limitation of economics and technology, as determined by the commissioner. [1975, c. 751, §4 (new).]

Stimmt aber, wenn ich in Google "feasible" definieren lasse, finde ich nur den oben genannten Eintrag um meine Interpretation zu stützen.
Für mich bedeuted feasible auch "wirtschaftlich sinnvoll" im Sinne von "machbar ohne dabei Verlust zu erleiden" (vgl. Feasibility Study); ich glaube schon, das feasible hier zulässig wäre, aber reasonable ist möglicherweise eindeutiger. (any natives to comment on this??)

Both of Kim's ideas are good English and convey the idea correctly. But I would write "doesn't make sense" in this context. It is more common than "is not sensible".

The repair is no longer an economically sound course of action.
