    really slight change, but hyphen is unnecessary and actually wrong for most situations.

    The hyphen is always wrong here. (adverb+adjective doesn't need a hyphen)
    Examples:
    The person is internationally active.
    The internationally active person.
    (But: The newspaper-reading man.)
