Might it actually be a pallet? Image searches for pallet, shipping pallet and transportation pallet all give more or less the same results as each other, although admittedly not the same as Transportplatte, but the pictures of tree houses amongst those results suggested the idea to me.

PS Shipping plate is quite evidently wrong, and anything with board almost exclusively yields pictures of boards in the sense of committees. I'm really not 100% clear on what is meant in German though, mind you. A committee it is not, however, that's for sure. Can anyone specify precisely what it is?

Well, "transportation aids" could be just about anything, but an image search doesn't really back it up for any kinds of "Platte", in particular.

Ich fürchte, da bleibt nur die unbeliebte Rückfrage beim Kunden, DW. Transportplatte kann von der Platte, auf der etwas befördert wird, bis hin zu einer einmontierten Transportsicherung, die zufällig plattenförmig ist, alles mögliche sein.

Ja, stimmt schon, aber in diesem Fall sind Fragen absolut tabu, darauf wurde ich schon mehrfach hingewiesen.

Ich habe jetzt eine vervollständigte Teileliste bekommen, wo Transportplatte immer noch auf Deutsch steht. Nun steht aber darunter auf Französisch "Plaque de transport" und auf Niederländisch "Transportplaat". Ob das weiter hilft, weiß ich noch nicht, aber vielleicht?

Vielleicht eher etwas in Richtung "Transportplakette"?
Also ein Schild, welches auf der Ware (oder der Verpackung) angebracht werden muss.

Also nach längerem rumgoogeln denke ich das ist einfach eine Platte auf der Gegenstände befestigt werden, um sie dann einfacher verladen zu können. Wie im obigen Link.

Also denke ich das transportation aids ganz gut passt, da es wirklich einfach alles sein kann
