No, I would call 'take a dump' [slang].
To me [fam.] means childish or baby language, as used within the family. I would use that marking for 'poo,' 'poo-poo,' 'Aa,' etc., in both noun and verb entries. (And I would delete the spelling 'pooh' from this list entirely, unless someone can find evidence for it.)
As CM2DD points out, 'poop' is also used by adults, again as a noun and a verb, so I would mark it simply [coll.].
So several of those need correcting.
And how about the principal parts of 'to shit'? I thought it could be either irregular (shit, shat, shat) or regular (shit, shitted, shitted), but the current entry looks like a mixture of both, confusingly pasted twice. In any case, it certainly needs the marking [vulg.] as well.
