noli's version is fine but if you're not so keen on it you could say:
I hope the journey went well / I hope you had a good journey


However, you wouldn't say I hope you arrived well.

For "zügige Fahrt ohne Behinderung", we'd say "smooth journey" in AE.

What about:
I hope you had a smooth journey and arrived safely.
or:
I hope you had a safe and smooth journey.
