Under §7 para. 1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) we, as the service provider, are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general laws. However, under §§ 8 to 10 of the Act (TMG) we, as the service provider, are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored information from third parties or to search for circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
