Spacial: True English or British English, the correct form.
Spatial, the US English version.
One is preferred generally in the world (the UK one), the other especially in the US.
And mainly the US, really ... .

#10: Having exhumed this old thread, perhaps you would care to cite your sources for your assertions. I am a native speaker of British English (or "True English" as you would have it), but I have never seen "spacial" used. Both the Cambridge and Oxford dictionaries cite "spacial" as a variant spelling of "spatial" - the implication being that the latter is the normally accepted spelling.

Funnily enough, a G** search gives exact the same numbers of hits for spacial or spatial resolution. Without using Goo* Scholar. We are using analytical instruments which have different "spatial resolution" for different purposes. I've never seen "spacial".
Bei meiner Suche nach spacial resolution, spatial resolution sagt Ngram Viewer: Ngrams not found: spacial resolution

I never came across "spacial" before this thread. Entirely standard, though, AE and BE: "spacious."
