Ich bin kein Mediziner, aber vielleicht kann man ja in Anlehnung an den künstlichen Darmausgang (=artificial anus) auch hier sagen: "artificial urethra"???

Beside being the body opening, "urostomy" is also the surgical procedure of constructing an artificial excretory opening from the urinary tract. The person affected is known as a "urostomate".

Note that 'stoma' is a specialist medical term and 'artificial _____' is more an explanation or definition than a term in actual use. Most laypeople, especially in AE, would probably say 'urostomy' for the opening as well as the surgical operation. However, in contrast to the much more widely known 'colostomy,' 'urostomy' is likely to be unfamiliar anyway to anyone who hasn't had first-hand experience with one.
