Why do you put in terms of Geography? I don’t care about the new conventions of some scientists (paid by who knows) when I name myself, do you? You’ve entirely missed the point: History is what matters. We’re not talking about a piece of earth, but about identity of people! Please, it definitely doesn’t work that way!

americano - Am at work, had googled something with "naming the continents" + history and that is the link that popped up - didn't read the whole article, but found the various 4, 5, 6, 7 fractions interesting, which explains why I posted the link.

I am glad that other discussion is closed. Why on earth would you make another thread on the same topic?
You can argue until you are blue in the face and still not change a single opinion!

So why did you post? If you don't believe in the power of reason, take your gun and shot as the first!

By the way, I found the full version of the "Letter to American Spaniards".

#2 Why on earth would you make another thread on the same topic? I think that question was answered in americano de América's first post in the FIRST sentence. o0. Why don't you just ignore the whole thread if you don't like the subject?

I hate to be a spoilsport guys, but I think everything has been said and we'd just be going round in circles for another 300 follow-ups. Cheerio.

    ...ehemmm: ;-))
