Which of these words has to be used in order to indicate that " the meat has too much salt".

    a) the salt meat
    the salty meat
    the salted meat
    b) The meat is too... (salt, salty, salted?)

If possible give an example with " the salted meat".

"salted meat" means meat which has been salted to preserve it (e.g. through the winter). If you see the expression "salt meat" (which is rare, though "salt beef" is commoner) it means the same. "Salty meat" is meat which tastes salty.

"salt" in chemistry is any slat made by combination of acid and Base. However in common parlance it refers to "common salt" or "table salt" which is chemically NaCl. Therefore "salted meat" may have other salts for preservation but "salty meat" essentially means meat which tastes salty ( with common salt)."too salty" is the right word in query.
