I've read the following sentence and I'm sure that something is wrong there but what exactly?

"You can also learn more about the culture of the people in this country YOU ARE."

I think you either would have to add "in" or "where".

a) You can....of the people in this country where you are.
b) ...in this country you are in.

Second, I am not sure about the verb. Is it probably better to use "to stay/live in" in this context?

And finally, the structure "of the people in this country" sounds odd to me as well. But obviously, I am not a native speaker, and maybe it is possible to say this.

Can someone help?
