    I have sent you via email our agreement protocols for the next summer season.

    However, in order to finalise our agreement (cooperation), I would be most grateful if you would return to me a copy of each contract, duly signed and stamped by your company.


    Please let me know whether my sentences are correct in English or how can I it improve it in a friendly way.

    Are you sure that the English-speaking company you are addressing normally "stamps" such contracts, as opposed to merely signing them?

    Wouldn't it be better without 'however'?

    I have e-mailed you the contracts for next summer. To finalise our agreement, please return a signed copy of each contract.
