Having trouble with an abbreviation: Aufn.- datum/-ort/-dst.

The above-mentioned abbreviation (Aufn.- datum/-ort/-dst.) crops up in a "fingerprint sheet" issued by the LKA (NO, not for a criminal record:-)) Assumedly, the abbreviations stand for: Aufnahmedatum, Aufnahmeort, Aufnahmedienststelle. Even though there's a photo on the sheet, I would assume the various "Aufnahmes" refer to the fingerprints taken on, by, etc.
It's written in a (tiny) column - and the actual date, city and LKA X in the next one.
I just can't figure out how to phrase it in English, because we don't seem to have one single word that covers everything as does "Aufnahme."
Date, city and department where registered?? :-)

    That seems reasonable.

    Vielleicht ginge auch:

Registration date / city / dept.

(Es sollte dann eigentlich klar sein, dass sich city und department auch auf die Aufnahme beziehen, oder?)

Thanks, All! Now why didn't I think of turning "registered" into a noun?? :-))

Could "KA-Nr." possibly stand for "Kriminalamt"?? :-)

    edit: Called the responsible LKA - KA-Nr. = Kriminalakt-Nr. :-)
