    We have to check this issue with our management and *** claims department and see what is the best solution.
    Kindly put these watches aside until further notice.

    Since in Switzerland is vacation period – a lot of people are on vacation so it will takes us a couple of weeks to solve this issue.

    Do you think it is possible to send these watches back to us?

    Is this a letter (or email)? Or is this just a collection of discrete statements that you want us to correct? (It's not a coherent letter.)

    That sentence is possible in English (though I don't understand the use of a question mark there). But it depends on what you actually mean--and I doubt you actually mean that, because it suggests the watch definitely has something wrong with it, but you have not (yet) found the defect.

    Please explain what you mean.

    I'm assuming here that there isn't an original German version of this text.
    One thing is not quite clear. First, you ask the customer to put these watches aside and then you ask if it is possible to send these watches back to us. This doesn't seem to make sense.

    But here's my attempt:

    (It might be polite here to voice some kind of regret for the inconvenience, e.g. We regret that you have had cause for complaint.)

    It is not clear what is wrong with the second watch. (not a question)

    I think tomtom has done a very good job, given the information you have provided. However, I suggest you follow up on tomtom's implied request that you write in German what you want to say. Then we will better understand how to advise you.
