Because of your indecision Mr. XY has informed me that he could not ...

    Comment
Because of your indecision (hesitation) Mr. X has informed me that he could not take a risk after May 1st. Therefore, he decided to give some allotements to a few other travel agencies who had insisted on getting them.

Ms. XY had asked me the contracts on 10th April 2015, therefore I sent them to her.

Please could you please let me know if above sentences are correct in English?

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

It would be nice to have something to go by, like a German version. I'm not sure I understand what the sentences are supposed to mean. Mr. X has informed me that because you hesitated he would not be able to take a chance after May 1, which is why he decided to give some allotments to other travel agencies that had made serious offers/inquiries.

Maybe? I'm not sure "had insisted on getting them" works, but like I said, without context or an explanation, it's difficult to say.

The first one makes no sense to me. It would really help to know what you are trying to say.

    The second one is wrong.

Ms. XY had asked for the contracts on April 10th, therefore I sent them to her.

I am sorry. I hope the following explanation will help you to better understand.

    Context:

The travel agency X asked us 10 apartments during 2 weeks in the holiday residence X "on guarantee basis" for next summer. The deadline to decide to sign the contract was May 1, 2015.

As the travel agent is still hesitating and trying to get another delay, our sales manager didn't want to take the risk. Therefore he started the commercialisation of the residence with other partners, who already work with us (but "on allotment basis" during all the summer season).

"on guarantee basis" = on commitment basis
"on allotment basis" = to work with x apartments without commitment (just a contingent).

Thank you very much for your help.

    Ich versuch's mal:

Mr. XY has informed me that to avoid risks due to your indecision some of the appartments have now been allotted to other travel agencies.

I don't know how important the relationship with the travel agent is, but "your indecision" is rather insulting IMO. "...as you have not yet made a decision..." e.g. I'd say.
