Comment		Unless it's for a very desirable fellowship at a pretty advanced level, I imagine you can assume it's not $10K a month, but either a one-time award or on a semester- or year-long basis. If you need to know which, it would be okay to ask. As a pure guess, I would assume a one-time award.
