She's from the Netherlands, afaik, so what does her accent matter anyway?

She has an American accent, possibly with a very slight Dutch tinge. There is nothing annoying about it - in fact, her English is excellent.

That's a very "artificial" American accent. You can tell right away she's not a native AE speaker, even though she seems to try very hard to "fit in."

I've no idea who this young woman is, but she's got a slight foreign (non-American, non-British, non-Australian, etc. accent). Her English is not bad, but also not perfect: It's been exactly one year ago since I started...!
BTW dentist, American and English are spelled with capital letters. (My pet peeve for this week :-))

She wants to become a TV presenter and I am sure she will find a job quite soon.

That's quite possible. She's pretty and knows how to handle herself in front of a camera. The accent won't matter so much; look at Schwarzenegger: a horrific accent, yet he's still made millions as a lousy actor and now has a multi-year contract impersonating a governor. And he's not even pretty. ;-)

She has what sounds like a Dutch accent and it's obvious that English is not her native language as soon as she opens her mouth.

Haven't watched the video, but in my experience, native Dutch speakers naturally tend towards American-sounding pronunciation when they speak English. Maybe Dutch has more sounds that resemble AE than BE.
