Yes, I think so: salt air, sea air.
I'm perhaps predisposed to saying the former, because I have spent time in Utah, where at (or near or, depending on water level, even in) the Great Salt Lake there is a historic resort called Saltair.

I don't know, but I assume some people might also say "salty air," though it would not be my first choice.
