Brewoman... That's a terrible misunderstanding of the -man/-woman demonyms suffix. It would be Bremenman and Bremenwoman! :)
The man/woman suffix doesn't happen as often anymore. I think because Chinaman had become derogatory.
But in all seriousness, since we no longer have noun declension in English except plural and possessive, we would probably keep the entire word "Bremen" and then add something after: -er(s), -(s), -ite(s), -ian(s). I think there's a small chance Bremers could happen, though.
