There are 185000 Google hits for 'Bewusstheit' and by checking only the first ones you would have learned something about the meaning of this concept.

But you must admit that "Bewusstheit" is a quite unusual word...

Wie hab' ich es nur geschafft, an die 50 Jahre ohne google auszukommen? Endlich bin ich mir meiner Bewusstheit bewusst geworden. Im Ernst: Wahrscheinlich ist Bewusstheit ein Fachausdruck aus der Philosophie oder Psychiatrie, aber ansonsten so gut wie unbekannt.

Ich würde sagen:

Bewusstsein ist eine Art Gesamtheit der Instanzen, das sämtliche Bereiche des Kognitiven und der Wahrmehmung, sogar auch des Empfindens beinhaltet.

Bewusstheit kann graduell variieren, z.B. kann man sich einer Sache mal mehr, mal weniger bewusst sein.
