    1. Is it "lieing" or "lying" or something else, if one lies around (in his bed).

    2. Is the command "Write me!" or "Write to me!"?

    It's lying, of course.

    But "Write me!" is only American. British is "Write to me!". Unless of course there's a direct object as well, then it's "Write me a letter." in BE too.
