Given the fact that noone gave a reply yet, I'll add my two cents...

Your mail is very well written and I just have minor (subjective) remarks...

As far as it concerns the start of the mail, I guess you're best off using "Dear all" or "Dear business partners" - that's what we use in my company (latter one for very formal mails).

I would leave out the "challenging" as it might be taken negatively... By saying that the job was exciting you already state that you enjoyed it and that it wasn't boring.
It'd be helpful if you could give me the context of your reference to challenging in case I'm the one who misinterpretes your word.

"A number of" might give an indication that you had troubles with another number of co-workers...
I'd just stay generic there. I'd probably rephrase it to something like "It was a honour for me to work with competent and agreeable business partners as you are."

Allerdings bin ich versucht das "challenging" drinnen zu lassen. Der negative Touch ist gar nicht so ungewollt.

kommt davon, wenn man ausländische Wörter eindeutscht... ein anderes gutes Beispiel ist Radio...

Oder scheint das zu persönlich/aufdringlich?

Warum nicht einfach

If you want to contact me you can mail to my-address@idon'tknow.whatever

Das ist nicht so persoenlich wie dein Vorschlag weil das 'stay in contact' umgangen wird.

Ja, warum fallen einem die einfachsten und besten Sachen nicht immer selbst ein...
