    How do you pronounce "treant"?

Is it like tree and ant? Or is it more like rent?

Are you sure this is the correct spelling?
Edit: I've now googled so I assume it's a newly created word. Looks like you'll have to hope someone who plays such games reads your query.

Lt. Wiki: Treants appear to have been inspired by the talking trees of many of the world's folklores,[citation needed] as well as the Ent from J. R. R. Tolkien's world of Middle Earth. The creature was called an ent in the original Dungeons & Dragons, and its name was later changed to treant.[11] See tree (mythology) for more information.

The name "treant" comes from combining "tree" and "giant," and is usually pronounced /|tree-ant/.[citation needed]
