Ich glaube nicht, dass es um eine juristische Aussage geht. (Kontext, bitte!) Eine "belastbare Aussage" im wissenschaftlichen Sinne ist recht sicher, aber nicht 100% sicher. Die Vorschläge der Englisch-Muttersprachler drücken für mich - als Deutsch-Muttersprachler - eine zu große Sicherheit aus.
