Depends on your context - is this an ECG report?
@Hackie
If you look at the English equivalent of your wikipedia link you will see that the English gives only:
"Normal axis: -30° to +90°
Left axis deviation: -30° to -90°
Right axis deviation: +90° to +180°
Extreme axis deviation: -90° to -180°"
In other words, you don't usually see "intermediate type", "right type" or "left type" on English ECG reports. "Steiltyp", Indifferenztyp" and "Linkstyp" are all within normal limits but the "Rechtstyp" would already be "right axis deviation".
You may occasionally find "vertical heart" or "horizontal heart"
"Note: Horizontal and vertical heart:
(1) Mean frontal plane QRS axis is between 0° to -30°: heart is said to be horizontal
(2) Mean frontal plane QRS axis is between +60° to +90°, the heart is said to be vertical."
http://www.frca.co.uk/article.aspx?articleid=...so "vertical heart" = "Steiltyp" (+60° to +90°)
and "horizontal heart" = "Linkstyp" (0° to -30°)
"gebypasst und gestentet" ! = "bypassed and stented" / "with bypass graft and stent"
