    This is a saying typically used, somewhat tongue in cheek, before drinking hard liquor.
    (or maybe afterwards when one's drinking partner has a dazed expression on his face...)

    Vielleicht: "Auf die Gesundheit!" oder "Das hält gesund!" *augenzwinker*

    Or it can be used in other situations, such as no me bré describes. We really need some context...
