    I couldn't win for loosing.

    Sources
The East Market Street restaurant, noted for its deep-fried sauerkraut balls and homemade potato chips will close tomorrow. "I hate to see it go. I almost want to cry," said Carol Hall, owner of the restaurant with her husband, Charles.

Despite changing tastes in food, dinner business prospered until about 1¼ years ago, when construction closed nearby exits on Interstate 76. Lunch business fell off a few weeks later, when a road widening project on East Market Street isolated the restaurant with a buffer of orange barrels.

"I couldn't win for loosing," Hall said.
