Just glancing at this quickly, and I'm non-native.

Is there something like "jmdn. einen reinwürgen" ?

    EDIT: Just found this.
    Dictionary: reinwuergen

I think that's close, but natives will need to speak up.

Meiner Meinung nach kann to fuck sb over auch im Sinne von jmd. hintergehen verwendet werden.

Kommentar psyched out would work in just the right situation

    Some other possibilities:

    become emotionally drained
    experience burnout
    become mentally exhausted
get worn down by mind games

There are many possibilities, but it's impossible to know without more context. Can you give a bit more? Who or what 'hat ihn fertig gemacht'?

#9, The OP is looking for German, as far as I've been able to tell.
jmd. (echt) fertig machen works for this context, SZT.

per the discussion, to use such a phrase is generally implies someone took a huge advantage over another person or caused create difficulty, hardship or burden on someone.

It can, but is not always, the result of cheating, deception, etc.

Just consider a sentence using this phrase with police as the subject (perpetrator). "The police really f...."

Context will determine the true meaning.

For crying out loud - yes, context is important, but please, just look at the fucking sentence!

To fuck someone over - this is powerful imagery. It implies exerting power over someone (this is the censored version)

There is even a suggestion of rape here.

So, what this person is saying is: I am aware you are trying to do something really horrible to me. I am telling you this, and give you pointers to indicate how little chance you have. And I am just hinting at the possibility of doing it to you to really emphasize that I am a lot more powerful than you are, and can hurt you a lot more than you can hurt me. So you better not try anything, or I am going to fuck you over.
