    Bezieht sich nicht 'power of attorney' auf den Anwalt selbst?
    Ich lese den Quelltext so, dass eine *dritte* Partei eine ordnungsgemäße Bevollmächtigung hat, die vom Anwalt bestätigt wird. Ist das auch eine 'power of attorney'?
