Two versions, depending on the context:
On Sunday evening you turn to the person with whom you have spent the weekend and say: I hope you have had... , i.e. it's not yet or only just complete.
On Monday morning you are talking to someone about the weekend, you say: I hope you had... as it refers to an action that is complete and in the past.

Heeeeey, wie geil. Ich hab die Zeit richtig (geraten)!!!! Zippeedidooo! (naja, fast ...)

Ich hätte gedacht, dass ich Montagmorgen "I hope you have had a good weekend und Sonntagabend I hope you had a good weekend" sagen müsste.

Aber so wie es aussieht, ist es ja so, dass Montagmorgen "I hope you had a good weekend" richtig ist.
