    Es wird ernst für die Ex-Vorstände der krisengeschüttelten HSH Nordbank: Die Hamburger Staatsanwaltschaft will nach Informationen des Nachrichtenmagazins „Der Spiegel“ Anklage wegen Untreue erheben. Ex-Chef Dirk Jens Nonnenmacher droht dem Bericht zufolge außerdem eine Anklage wegen Falschdarstellung der Unternehmensverhältnisse.

    I would go with Phillipp's but I think I would say "...financial position" just to make it clear what he is accused of misrepresenting.

    "Position" by itself could be interpreted to mean that he misrepresented the company's opinion (position) on something.
