fleucht heißt nicht fliegt, sondern flieht.

Stimmt. Eigentlich müsste es "kreucht und fleugt" heißen, was allerdings laut Grimm auch der Kausativ ist, also "kriechen und fliegen machen/lassen" bedeutet. Gemeint ist hier aber "was da kriecht und fliecht", und auf Schleswig-Holsteinisch funktioniert das sogar.
